Online Registration

Please visit https://ebid.auctions.co.th to complete your registration. Approval takes up to 2 business days, and a confirmation email will be sent once approved.

Login & Deposit

Log in and choose the property. Click “Deposit”, fill out the form, upload your payment slip and required documents, and submit. Bank details are in Clause 2.4 of the property announcement.

Enter Auction Room

Select the auction room and enter the room. When the auction begins, click the red “Bid” button to place your offer. If you are the highest bidder, your bid indicator will turn green.

Bidding Process

If you are not the highest bidder, the indicator will turn red. Click the “Bid” button again to place a new offer.

Auction Results & Payment

The hammer icon confirms the auction has closed and the item sold. The winner must contact us to collect the Certificate of Sale, pay the remaining deposit and complete the ownership transfer.

Results & Office Contact

After the auction ends, you will receive an email with results. Winners must contact our office to proceed. Unsuccessful bidders will receive a deposit refund within 1 business day.
