Park Origin Phrom Phong is located in the vibrant heart of the city in the Phrom Phong area, surrounded by large shopping malls on the main road such as The EM District, which includes The Emporium and EmQuartier, as well as office buildings and both high-rise and low-rise condominiums. The project is one of those in this central area with a fairly large site, and land for a large project like this is now very hard to find.
The project sits between Sukhumvit Soi 22 and Soi 24, in the middle of the soi, about 600 m from Sukhumvit Road. The main entrance is mainly on Sukhumvit Soi 24. The atmosphere of the two sois differs quite a lot even though they run in parallel. The main entrance soi, Sukhumvit Soi 24, is a large soi with a widened road, surrounded by condominium projects and lively shops, with quite a pleasant atmosphere.
Sukhumvit Soi 22, by contrast, clearly has more of a traditional community feel than Soi 24. It still has the atmosphere of shophouses and commercial buildings along the main road, with shops and hotels interspersed. Most of the beginning of the soi has bars and restaurants that are lively at night.
